Responsibility for Products we ship. We are 100% responsible for the quality of goods you order from us. No company can completely eliminate problems. However we keep these to an absolute minimum and if there is a problem we take responsibility and credit you or refund money for mistakes we make.

Guaranteed Delivery - When we quote you a delivery date we will ship on time 98% of the time. In event of problem we will advise you of situation in advance and give you clear choices. The main problem would be wood not dry enough. Although our average delivery date of 60 days may seem long this ensures you a quality product and ability to clearly plan. We never promise a date we do not think we can meet.

Product and Packaging Development - We have a full time staff of Mould makers, wood carvers, painters, graphic designers, product designers, and packaging specialists that work full time on customer requests and our own new ideas. In 2007 we came up with over 9000 new designs. You will never want for new products again. In addition to this we send out CD Rom to all our customers 4 times a year as well as updating our website daily with new products (www.sumiati.com).

Retail Solutions - We have a wide range of products in display boxes and on display stands pre-packaged for your ease of selling whether you are a retailer or wholesaler. These can be bought with your special logo or name. If you are a wholesaler there is nothing retailers like more than when you offer them a display solution as well as a great product.

Ethical (Fair) Trader - At PT. Sumiati we follow all government regulations including working hours, pension plan, overtime pay, paid leave time, maternity leave. We also have a full time health clinic for staff as well as health card for all staff allowing for free hospitalization at local area hospital. We also share information with all our suppliers and attempt to educate them on the tenets of Fair Trade.
